We are located at 5327 Commercial Way (U.S. 19), Spring Hill, in Park Place (Suite D119). We are approx. ½ mile North of Home Depot on same side of the Street (West side). After Home Deport look for River Country Estates turn in and make a quick left. Stay on the access Road and go South until the Street dead ends at "Park Place". Office hours: Mondays and Wednesdays,
from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm with office procedures on Fridays.
Outpatient Surgical Procedures: Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The business office will also remain open for administration
matters and scheduling.
PLEASE NOTE: We are generally closed between 12 and 1 for lunch. |

We ask that, whenever
possible, questions regarding care, appointment scheduling
and concerns regarding your status should be addressed
to the office staff during regular office hours. We
will always take care in documenting your call and condition
if an after hours call is needed. Any truly emergent
concern arising after hours will likely be managed by
a referral to the appropriate emergency facility. We
will coordinate any care that is rendered.
Because of confidentiality legislation, in general,
lab results are not discussed over the telephone. Arrangements
will usually be made for an expeditious review of reports
with the doctor.
Please have your pharmacist call the office early to
renew prescriptions. For your protection, please note
that we may require a re-examination before refilling
certain prescriptions.
