Question : How can I tell if I need to be seen at the center based upon the condition of my breasts? Answer : First, do your regular self exams faithfully. What you are looking for are any new changes in the findings as you check your breasts. Noone anticipates that you are going to be expected to be able to "write a paper" or be given a "quiz" on your findings.
