available to you upon request.
We keep secure electronic claims records
and work regularly with Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of
Florida and most major health care services. If you have any
participation questions please ask us at your first visit. Please
notethat your health plan may require that you first obtain
an authorization from your primary care physician prior to seeing
us.
Please keep in mind that in addition to fees
for our services, patients may also be billed by other sources
such as the pathologist (biopsy interpretation) or the radiologist
(x-ray interpretation). Questions concerning these other services
can best be addressed by those particular physicians and their
staff.
If we determine that an assistant is required
at the time of your surgery, you will be so informed usually
in advance and can expect to be billed thru that source rather
than by our practice.
